2. Quotes, Pricing & Payment

• Late payments may be subject to a service fee of 1.5% per month

3. Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure we can provide the best service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your property and service needs
• Ensure someone 18 years or older is present to provide access
• Clear access to work areas (e.g., move vehicles from driveways for duct cleaning)
• Secure or remove fragile, valuable, or sentimental items from work areas
• Inform us of any known hazards, pest infestations, or health concerns
• Restrain or remove pets from work areas for their safety and our technicians' safety

4.2 During Service

• Provide access to necessary utilities (electricity, water)
• Allow our technicians to perform their work without interference
• Notify our team of any concerns or issues immediately

4.3 Property Access

You authorize Allergy Avengers and its employees to enter your property for the purpose of performing the agreed-upon services. If you will not be present, you must make arrangements for access (e.g., key, code, lockbox).

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

5.1 Guarantee Terms

• You must notify us within 48 hours of service completion
• We will schedule a re-service within 5 business days
• The guarantee covers the original scope of work only
• Does not cover issues caused by customer actions after service
• Does not guarantee specific health outcomes or allergy relief

6.1 Our Insurance

Allergy Avengers maintains comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.

6.2 Damage Policy

• We take great care to protect your property during service
• Any damage caused by our negligence will be repaired or compensated
• You must report damage within 24 hours of service completion
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions
• We are not responsible for damage to items left in work areas after you've been advised to remove them

6.3 Limitation of Liability

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services
